Today I have a review, so I want to tell everyone about this, because we know it yesterday so today we just write sentences, and that's fun.
Present tense sentence: He always eats a bowl of rice.
Present continuous sentence: He is eating a bowl of rice.
Present tense sentence is easy but present continuous sentence is easier than present tense sentence, because you just delete 'always' and change 'eats' into 'is eating'.
